It would seem that I too have misplaced a whole bunch of money.  I thought that I was putting it in smart places where it would be safe and come back to me with more money.  It turns out…it didn’t.  I find myself in my very own credit crisis.  I figure that you’re generosity in bailing out Bear Sterns (and others) would mean that you have no problem sending me a check to cover my losses.  It would be mighty inconvenient for me to enter into bankruptcy.  While the economic stimulus check is a thoughtful gesture it’s just not going to cover it.  Please let me know when you have sent the remainder to bail me out and set me right.  Much appreciated.
